Facade Scaffolding System PORTIROUND RINGLOCK
In addition to being used as a "working scaffold" in general, this system is a universal tower that can also be used as a "stair tower" or "casting tower". Flanges are placed at regular intervals of 50 to 100 cm, on vertical tubes, while heads called “dovetails” are found at the ends of the horizontal and cross tubes.
Designed to be assembled by one person, this system can be assembled and disassembled very quickly. Thanks to the 8 different connection points on the flanges welded to the vertical elements, the system can be adapted to all types of architecture.
Fixed parts are protected against corrosion thanks to hot-dip galvanizing. The entire system complies with TS-EN-12810-12811 standards. It provides a safe working environment at the highest level and takes up very little space for storage.
Complete scaffolding system for facades PORTISCAFF
This is a time-saving and labor-saving system designed to be very easy to assemble and disassemble.
No tools are required for installation, and it stores without taking up much space. It can be easily used for all types of interior or exterior lighting, galleries or elevator shafts, as well as for all types of surface treatments (insulation, coating, painting, cladding, facade, etc.).
This system is very appreciated for its lightness, its practicality and its ability to be adapted to different sizes according to the needs of the project. It is manufactured in accordance with TSE standards, in galvanized steel.
Facade scaffolding system CUPLOCK
The Cup-lock type scaffolding system is used both as a load-bearing scaffolding with high load capacity and as a facade scaffolding. This system, known for its high endurance and safety values, is particularly suitable for the construction of tall buildings and for work requiring heavy loads. It is specifically used as supporting scaffolding under beams.
Assembly and disassembly are extremely simple and quick, requiring only a hammer. No part risks being lost, because they are all integral, which guarantees quick and secure assembly. The assembly of vertical and horizontal elements is done easily, without the need for corners or nuts.
Height adjustment is made easy thanks to the upper and lower adjustment cylinders. The system consists of top and bottom posts with cups, as well as forged head horizontal components that provide a rigid connection and prevent twisting of the posts.
Type H facade scaffolding system
The H type facade scaffolding system is quick and easy to install. It is made up of standard elements. In these modules, lower adjustment components, steel walking platforms, a straight ladder, as well as wall support elements with swivel collars are used as auxiliary elements.
The H type scaffolding system consists of horizontal and diagonal connections, made from panels produced with 42*2.5mm TSE certified tubes for the main uprights and 27*2.5mm TSE certified tubes for connections. The lower adjustment components are used to adjust the scaffolding system to the desired scale.
The scaffolding system is attached to the building facade using distance adjustment components. The manufacturing of the scaffolding system is carried out in our factory with automatic gas welding machines and finalized by the application of two coats of quick paint.
